The room was neat and airy with great views, the stuff was outstandingly accommodating. The food was outstanding and the location was favourable.

The location was best possible and strategic, you can visit City Palace by walking. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel. The rooms were brand-new and beautifully decorated, plus the beds were comfortable.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were accommodating, providing us with a room upon our early arrival and allowing us a late check-out. The facilities were clean, with ample hot water available. The breakfast was good and the Sangria bar on the rooftop was fantastic, offering a stunning view of the city and lake, along with a great selection of food and drinks and live music during the evenings. this hotel provided us with good value for our money.

Got two complementary drinks at arrival, bang on the center of the city, the view is amazing from the room, gives a feeling of relaxation.

The staff is lazy, amenities were just okay, even though it's new year's day the DJ did not play the latest music; instead, he played the same songs on repeat.

The location is very convenient, just a short tuk-tuk ride away from the beautiful Palace, shops, and lake. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. We enjoyed spending time at the rooftop bar, which had an awesome atmosphere. The massage center was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of travel.
